Optimalisasi Orang Tua Dalam Pelaksanaan 7 Kebiasaan Anak Indonesia Hebat Di Ra Al-Huda
Abstract
Early childhood character education is crucial for shaping children's morals and personalities in the future. This study is crucial due to the crucial role of parents in supporting the implementation of the 7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children, launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture in an effort to improve early childhood character education. The purpose of this study was to identify supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the optimal implementation of these seven habits at RA Al-Huda. This study was conducted through a qualitative approach designed as a case study. After data were collected through documentation, observation, and in-depth interviews, thematic analysis was conducted through a process of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the seven positive habits of discipline, responsibility, and religiosity were strengthened by active parental involvement, good communication between teachers and families, and role models at home. The results of this study indicate that continuous collaboration between schools and families is the main key in the effective character formation of early childhood. The results provide a theoretical contribution to improving, but obstacles that need to be overcome are limited time for mentoring and the inability to understand the concept of habituation. A character education model based on family-school collaboration and practical to build parenting programs in early childhood institutions.
