Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Terhadap Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematika

The students’ average score has not yet reached the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM). Students experience difficulties in understanding word problems and determining appropriate solution steps. To overcome this, the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model is used, which is believed to develop students’ critical thinking and problem-solving skills. According to Polya’s theory, the problem-solving process involves four stages: understanding the problem, devising a plan, carrying out the plan, and looking back to check the results. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Class 3A was used as the experimental group, while Class 3B was the control group. The results showed an increase in the average score in the experimental class from 49.46 to 81.14 with an N-Gain of 0.62, which is in the moderate category, and in the control class from 48.60 to 69.20 with an N-Gain of 0.39, which is in the low category. The Mann-Whitney test indicated a significant difference, so the PBL model is considered effective in improving mathematical problem-solving skills.

Using a quantitative approach, this study aimed to determine the extent to which the Numberblocks film media influences the mathematical abilities of second-grade students at SDN Pasirbanteng. The research employed a one-group pretest–posttest design involving 36 participants from grade two. Data were collected through a multiple-choice achievement test consisting of 25 items that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using SPSS software with a paired sample t-test. The results showed a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), with an average pretest score of 59.67 and a posttest average of 76.00. These findings indicate that the use of Numberblocks films significantly improved students’ mathematics learning outcomes, with an effect size of 1.12, which falls into the large effect category. This suggests that Numberblocks films can serve as an effective learning medium for teaching addition and subtraction of numbers ranging from 1 to 100. The effectiveness is attributed to the engaging integration of visual, auditory, and narrative elements that enhance students’ interest and understanding.

The background of this study is the low involvement and motivation of students in conventional learning that is still centered on the teacher. The use of Educaplay is expected to create an interactive and enjoyable learning atmosphere through the application of the gamification concept. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research subjects include 17 grade III students. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Educaplay-based gamification in learning IPAS for grade III at MI Darussyifa Al Musri'1 has a positive impact on the learning process. The results of observations show that students appear more enthusiastic. The results of interviews with teachers revealed an increase in student participation, students who are usually passive become more courageous in asking and answering questions, and show greater interest in the IPAS material. Thus, Educaplay is proven to be effective as a gamification-based learning medium in Islamic elementary schools.

One factor that can influence the occurrence of verbal bullying is interpersonal intelligence, which is a person's ability to understand, empathize with, and interact with others. From an Islamic perspective, this ability is considered part of praiseworthy morals, which include behaving with kindness, respecting others, and exercising self-restraint in speech. This study aims to describe interpersonal intelligence, verbal bullying, and the extent of the influence of interpersonal intelligence on the verbal bullying behavior at MTs Az-Zahra Selacau. This research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique and the research instrument was a questionnaire. The analysis results indicate that interpersonal intelligence has a negative and significant influence on students' verbal bullying behavior. This is shown by the Spearman value of -0.445 with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05 and a Nagelkerke value of 19.8%, while the remaining 80.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The hypothesis test result shows a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, indicating a significant influence of interpersonal intelligence on verbal bullying behavior.

The background of this study is based on low student achievement in mathematics, which is influenced by the lack of engaging learning media and the dominance of conventional lecture methods. This study used a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design in the form of a one-group pretest-posttest. The subjects were 29 students of class 1B at MI An-Nur. Data were collected through tests, and documentation. The results showed a significant improvement in students' learning outcomes after the implementation of Canva-based animated video media. This was supported by the paired sample t-test result, which showed a significance value of less than 0.05, and the effect size calculation using Cohen’s d, which indicated a large effect. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of Canva-based animated video media has a positive and significant influence on improving students' mathematics learning outcomes. The visual and auditory elements in the video helped students understand abstract concepts of plane figures in a more concrete and enjoyable way.

However, the increasing use of YouTube in early childhood raises concerns about the development of children's social behavior, including situational compliance with parental instructions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of YouTube screen time on the situational compliance of early childhood children at RA Al Falah. The study used a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The study sample consisted of 13 class B children selected using a purposive sampling technique. The main instrument was a four-level gradation scale questionnaire with content validity and normative reliability tests. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the level of YouTube screen time was in the moderate category (69.23%), while children's situational compliance was in the high category (79.23%). A simple linear regression test showed a positive and significant effect between YouTube screen time and situational compliance (t = 3.283; sig. = 0.007), with a contribution of 49.5%. These results indicate that directed and parentally supervised YouTube use can contribute to increasing children's compliance. These findings imply the importance of digital parenting support in managing early childhood screen time to positively impact character development and discipline.

This study aims to determine the effect and significance value of using Wordwall learning media on the learning activeness of seventh-grade students in SKI subject at MTs Qodarussalam Sindangkerta. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a quasi-experimental method and a research design utilizing a nonequivalent control group design. Data collection techniques were conducted through pre-tests and post-tests. The data analysis techniques used in this study were simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the average score on the post-test was 159.45, indicating an increase in the experimental class compared to the pre-test average score of 141.35, with a difference of 18.10. The results of the simple linear regression analysis revealed a significant influence of the use of Wordwall media on student learning activeness, with a contribution of 90.5% and 9.5% influenced by other factors. The hypothesis testing results obtained a t-count value > t-table (13.115 > 1.734). Thus, it can be concluded that the digital learning media Wordwall has a significant influence on the learning activeness of seventh-grade students in Islamic Cultural History (SKI) subject at MTs Qodarussalam Sindangkerta.

The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of declining student morality due to the influence of globalization, as well as the suboptimal implementation of religious character education in many schools. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study design. Data collection techniques included direct observation, in depth interviews, and documentation. The finfding reveal that the implementation of religious character education at MI Cisalak 1 is carried out through four cultural strategies: (1) routine activities such as joint prayers, dhuha and dzuhur congregational prayers, Friday charity, and the habit of greeting and kissing teachers’ hands; (2) spontaneous actions in the form of praise and reprimands for students’ behavior; (3) exemplary attitudes of teachers and school staff; and (4) conditioning of the physical and social school environment that supports religious values. The evalution shows that most students have demonstrated religious behavior in terms of value consistency and internalization. Supproting factors include the principal’s commitment, the active role of teachers, and parental support. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors stem from student’s lack of awareness and limited facilities. In conclusion, school culture plays a significant role in systematically and sustainably instilling religious character values.

The research is motivated by the importance of emotional intelligence in students’ academic and social success, especially for passive students who tend to be quiet, lack self-confidence, and face difficulties in social interaction. The study aims to describe the strategies employed by PAI teachers to develop the emotional intelligence of passive students through the MTs Smart program, explain the implementation results, and identify supporting and inhibiting factors influencing the process. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that PAI teachers’ strategies include the habituation of Islamic values, role modeling, motivation, personal guidance, and positive reinforcement through Qur’an reading activities before lessons begin. These strategies have been proven to enhance students’ self-awareness, emotional control, empathy, learning motivation, and social skills. Supporting factors include the principal’s support, teacher collaboration, parental involvement, and the school’s religious environment, while obstacles include students’ emotional instability and low internal motivation. The study concludes that the MTs Smart program is an effective strategy for developing the emotional intelligence of passive students and can serve as a model for Islamic character education in faith-based schools.

In facing the challenges of learning in the digital era, it is necessary to develop innovative media that can enhance students’ engagement and comprehension. This research aims to analyze the effect of using the Kahoot learning media on the understanding of seventh-grade students at MTs Nurul Falah. The study employed a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental approach, involving class VII A as the experimental group and class VII B as the control group. Data were collected through pre-tests, post-tests, and questionnaires, and analyzed using normality test, linearity test, and simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The results showed that the use of Kahoot had a significant effect on improving students’ understanding, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and a higher average post-test score in the experimental class compared to the control class. Kahoot proved effective in creating an interactive, competitive, and enjoyable learning environment, encouraging students to be more active and focused during lessons. This study contributes to strengthening the Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning and demonstrates that the integration of digital technology in Aqidah Akhlaq learning can enhance the quality and effectiveness of the teaching and learning process, particularly at MTs Nurul Falah.

The research approach uses a qualitative method with a case study design. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of the study show that holding therapy is quite effective in helping children manage their emotions during temper tantrums. The process of hugging, carried out with love and calmness, helps the child feel safe, fosters emotional closeness, and reduces the intensity of emotional outbursts. Supporting factors for the success of the therapy include teacher support, active parental involvement, and a conducive school environment. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include limited teacher time, lack of parental understanding of the therapy, and the emotional condition of teachers that is not always stable.Based on the results, the holding therapy method can be an effective strategy in managing the emotions of early childhood.

Student learning difficulties often arise due to conventional teaching methods and the lack of engaging learning media. This research employs a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a nonequivalent control group design. At Kober Assyafi’iyah, twenty children aged four to five years were divided into experimental and control groups. A pretest and posttest were administered before the data were analyzed using a t-test. The results revealed that the use of Diva animated media significantly improved the ability to recognize hijaiyah letters, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The Diva animation successfully captured children’s attention, enhanced their motivation to learn, and created an enjoyable and engaging learning environment. This medium proved effective in making the learning process more enjoyable and interactive while aligning with the developmental characteristics of early childhood. The study contributes to the development of innovative and engaging learning media, making it easier for early childhood teachers to teach hijaiyah letter recognition more effectively and enjoyably. Thus, the use of animated media not only serves as a creative alternative to conventional methods but also has the potential to enhance learning interest, active engagement, and children’s understanding of hijaiyah letters more deeply.

The research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population consists of all fathers of children aged 5–6 years at RA Al-Mubarok, with a sample of 20 fathers selected purposively. The research instrument is a questionnaire with indicators of the father’s role (engagement, availability, responsibility) and resilience (I Have, I Am, I Can). Data were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation with the aid of SPSS version 27. The results show a positive and significant relationship between the father’s role and the child’s resilience in religious practice. The higher the father’s role, the greater the child’s spiritual resilience in performing worship. These findings highlight the importance of the father’s role in shaping children’s character, particularly in religious practice and the development of spiritual resilience. Therefore, efforts should be made to involve fathers more actively in supporting the spiritual development of young children, especially in the aspect of worship.

In the context of the Merdeka Curriculum, teachers are given the flexibility to design learning activities that are meaningful, child-centered, and adapted to the needs and developmental characteristics of young learners. This study aims to describe the strategies used by teachers in applying the six aspects of early childhood development through the storytelling method at RA Assyafiq, as well as to identify the challenges and adaptive solutions implemented during its application. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through participatory observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the storytelling method is applied integratively to foster all developmental aspects holistically by combining religious values, creativity, and social interaction. Although teachers face limitations in media, differences in children’s characteristics, and variations in storytelling abilities, these challenges can be overcome through creativity and collaboration with parents. This study emphasizes that storytelling is an effective pedagogical strategy in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and contributes significantly to developing PAUD learning models based on values, character, and learner autonomy.

SMP Plus YPP Darussurur is an example of a school with a low level of bullying thanks to the active role of PAI teachers in instilling social-emotional values. This study aims to identify the role of PAI teachers in instilling social-emotional values to minimize bullying, describe its implementation, and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that PAI teachers play the role of character educators, social-emotional mentors, social moral role models, and self-confidence motivators. The implementation of values is carried out through the integration of values in PAI learning, humanistic strategies and daily role modeling, religious and extracurricular activities, handling bullying cases with an educational approach, as well as collaboration and support from the school environment. Supporting factors include a religious school environment, students' social attitudes that are responsive to moral values, and the cooperation of all stakeholders, while obstacles arise from family upbringing, peer and community environments, and the influence of social media. The instilling of social-emotional values has proven effective in shaping students' behavior.

This study aims to analyze and describe in depth the planning stages of the "Pesantren Parahyangan" program as a collaborative effort to strengthen Islamic character education at Parahyangan Middle School in West Bandung Regency. The urgency of this research lies in the importance of thorough planning as the foundation for the success of the character education program. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving supervisors, educators, supervising teachers, students, and parents as subjects. Management theoryPlanning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling (POAC) serves as the analytical framework. The main findings of the study indicate that the planning of the "Pesantren Parahyangan" program was carried out comprehensively, including the formulation of a clear vision, mission, objectives, and program strategies. In addition, the planning stage includes determining the required resources, preparing a budget, and a structured activity schedule. This holistic planning determines the direction of program implementation. In conclusion, the planning of the "Pesantren Parahyangan" program has a significant contribution in guiding the program's operationalization, which ultimately has positive implications for increasing religious understanding and improving students' morals. The contribution of this research results provides a model for religious program planning that can be replicated by other educational institutions to strengthen Islamic-based character education.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP) approach in improving early writing skills among children aged 4–5 years at TK Al-Ikhlash Cikawung. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using the ASSURE learning model, consisting of six stages: Analyze Learners, State Objectives, Select Methods, Media, and Materials, Utilize Media and Materials, Require Learner Participation, and Evaluate and Revise. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving teachers and eight students. The results showed that implementing DAP increased the average early writing skill from 59.38% to 76.56%. Child-centered, concrete, and exploratory learning activities fostered greater engagement, confidence, and interest in writing. This study highlights that the DAP approach based on the ASSURE model is effective for early childhood education because it holistically stimulates early writing development in accordance with children’s growth stages.

However, learning practices in kindergarten still tend to focus on conventional activities that do not stimulate children's analytical skills. Therefore, this study aims to describe the use of the Canva application as an innovative learning tool and to determine its impact on improving critical thinking skills in early childhood at Mukhtarul Ummah Kindergarten, Cihampelas. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, involving teachers and children in group B as subjects. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the use of Canva in the learning process can increase children's interest in learning, increase their engagement, and help develop critical thinking skills through visual and collaborative activities. In conclusion, interactive digital media such as Canva can be an effective means of integrating technology with child-centered constructive learning. This research helps in developing learning methods in early childhood that are more appropriate to the digital age and help hone critical thinking skills.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on students' knowledge of the Rukhsah material at SMP Negeri 1 Cihampelas. The study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, involving class VII.7 as the experimental class and VII.4 as the control class. Data were collected through pretests and posttests, then analyzed using descriptive tests, normality tests, linearity tests, and simple linear regression using SPSS 25.0. The results showed a normal distribution of data and a linear relationship between variables. However, a significance value of 0.572 (>0.05) indicated no significant effect of the TGT model on student knowledge. However, the average posttest score increased significantly. This research contributes to the development of active, enjoyable, and contextual PAI learning strategies.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of students’ involvement in OSIS on their PAI learning outcomes at SMPN 01 Cihampelas. This study employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory method. The research sample consists of 35 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula from a total population of 38 OSIS student members. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through validity, reliability, normality, and linearity tests, as well as a simple regression analysis using SPSS version 22. The findings indicate a positive and significant relationship between OSIS involvement and PAI learning outcomes, with a significance value of 0.033 < 0.05 and an R Square of 0.130. This means that OSIS participation contributes 13% to PAI learning outcomes, while the remaining 87% is influenced by other factors such as family support, school environment, and learning motivation. These findings reinforce Bandura’s social cognitive theory, which emphasizes the reciprocal interaction between personal, social, and behavioral factors in shaping learning outcomes. The study implies the need for strategies in OSIS development that align with students’ academic and religious goals.

Social conflicts within schools can hinder harmony and the learning process. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with subjects consisting of Islamic Education teachers, counseling teachers, and several students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that Islamic Education teachers play an essential role as guides, educators, and moral builders in preventing social conflicts. Preventive strategies include instilling moral values, strengthening religious culture in schools, personal approaches to students, and empowering Islamic extracurricular activities. The obstacles faced by teachers include students’ lack of awareness about tolerance, diverse characters, and limited time for personal mentoring. Anticipatory efforts are carried out through collaboration among teachers, homeroom teachers, and school administrators in building effective communication and positive discipline. This study emphasizes the importance of collaboration to create a harmonious and Islamic learning environment.

However, many teaching practices still utilize conventional, teacher-centered methods, resulting in students being passive and lacking a deep understanding of Islamic teachings, particularly regarding the Hajj. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach on students' understanding of the Fiqh subject, particularly the Hajj, at MTs Negeri 1, West Bandung Regency. This study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. The sample consisted of two classes: an experimental class taught using CTL and a control class taught using conventional methods. Data were collected through objective tests that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the Paired Sample t-test and simple linear regression. The results showed that the average student understanding score increased significantly after the implementation of CTL, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and had a positive effect of 8.566 points higher than conventional learning. These findings indicate that the CTL approach is effective in improving students' conceptual and applied understanding of Fiqh learning. This research contributes to the development of a contextual, active, and meaningful Islamic religious learning model

Academic buoyancy—the ability of students to recover from everyday academic setbacks—has become a crucial aspect of developing adaptive learning behavior. This research aims to analyze the influence of patience (ṣabr) and trust in God (tawakkul) on students’ academic buoyancy and to determine the extent to which these Islamic spiritual values contribute to learning resilience. The study employed a quantitative explanatory design with a randomly selected sample of eighth-grade students at SMP Mahardika Batujajar. Data were collected using standardized, valid, and reliable questionnaires, and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The findings revealed that patience had a positive but statistically insignificant effect on academic buoyancy, while tawakkul showed a negative but likewise insignificant influence. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 5.4%, indicating that both variables explain only a small portion of the variance in academic buoyancy. Despite the lack of statistical significance, the results highlight the essential role of spiritual values in shaping students’ character and emotional resilience, providing a theoretical basis for integrating Islamic spirituality into character education and mental well-being programs in schools.

This condition presents a serious challenge for Islamic Education (PAI) teachers in instilling religious values and shaping students’ character. This study aims to describe the strategies used by PAI teachers to address online game addiction among eighth-grade students at MTs At-Turmudzi, West Bandung Regency. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation involving PAI teachers, the school principal, guidance and counseling teachers, students, and parents. Data were analyzed through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that PAI teachers implemented various strategies, including spiritual guidance based on Islamic values, personal approaches through individual counseling, role modeling and habituation of religious activities, and collaboration with parents and other teachers. These strategies positively affected students by reducing their gaming time, increasing their religious awareness, and improving their discipline, although challenges remained in self-control and family supervision. This study contributes to enriching strategic models of Islamic education that are relevant to the digital era challenges in madrasah environments.

Radicalism has emerged as a phenomenon of serious concern in Indonesia’s religious, national, and societal life. This ideology is not only associated with extreme religious attitudes but also has the potential to incite intolerance and violence, posing a threat to national unity. Ironically, radicalism is often cloaked in seemingly legitimate narratives, making it difficult to identify at an early stage. The purpose of this study is to identify, describe, and analyze the efforts of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in preventing radicalism at SMP Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara Bandung. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, examining the natural conditions of the research object using triangulation techniques (observation, interviews, and documentation), accompanied by inductive data analysis. The results of the study indicate that the prevention of radicalism begins with the planning of Islamic Religious Education materials that explicitly and implicitly incorporate values of moderation and anti-radicalism. Implementation in the classroom is carried out through the delivery of materials integrated with messages of tolerance and critical dialogue. These efforts have had a positive impact on changing student attitudes, particularly in fostering openness, tolerance, and respect for diversity in their daily social interactions. Thus, the role of the Islamic Religious Education teacher extends beyond that of an instructor to that of an agent of change who instills national values and moderation through well-planned and integrated learning strategies.

In this context, the role of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers is crucial in shaping students’ habits and spiritual awareness. The purpose of this study is to explore how PAI teachers contribute to increasing student participation in Dzuhur congregational prayer, viewed from pedagogical, affective, and organizational aspects. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques include interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Informants consist of PAI teachers, the principal, and several students. The findings show that the role of PAI teachers at MTs Asy-Syafi’iyah Gunung Halu is vital in enhancing students’ participation in congregational prayer. Teachers act not only as educators but also as mentors, motivators, and role models through emotional engagement, exemplary behavior, and continuous evaluation. The implementation of these roles has proven effective in developing students’ worship habits, both in school and in external environments such as at home or in boarding schools. Although there are still challenges, overall the culture of congregational prayer at the school has significantly improved due to the active and consistent contributions of the teachers.

The internalization ofIslamic values is believed to strengthen students' character in responding to academicpressure positively and constructively. The objectives of this study are: (1) to describehow Islamic values are internalized through PAI learning, (2) to determine the extentof the influence of Islamic values internalization on students' academic resilience, and (3) to assess the contribution of such internalization to the formation of academicresilience among students at MTs Nurul Falah Cililin. This study employed aquantitative approach with a explanatory method. Data were collected throughquestionnaires distributed to eighth and ninth-grade students. Data analysis used simplelinear regression to determine the influence of the independent variable on thedependent variable. The results indicate that the internalization of Islamic values has asignificant and positive influence on students’ academic resilience. The regression testshowed a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) with a coefficient of determination of0.652, which means that the internalization of Islamic values contributes 65.2% tostudents' academic resilience. The conclusion is that effective internalization of Islamicvalues through PAI learning strengthens students’ academic resilience, fosteringattitudes such as patience, perseverance, and responsibility in facing academicchallenges.

This study is crucial due to the crucial role of parents in supporting the implementation of the 7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children, launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture in an effort to improve early childhood character education. The purpose of this study was to identify supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the optimal implementation of these seven habits at RA Al-Huda. This study was conducted through a qualitative approach designed as a case study. After data were collected through documentation, observation, and in-depth interviews, thematic analysis was conducted through a process of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the seven positive habits of discipline, responsibility, and religiosity were strengthened by active parental involvement, good communication between teachers and families, and role models at home. The results of this study indicate that continuous collaboration between schools and families is the main key in the effective character formation of early childhood. The results provide a theoretical contribution to improving, but obstacles that need to be overcome are limited time for mentoring and the inability to understand the concept of habituation. A character education model based on family-school collaboration and practical to build parenting programs in early childhood institutions.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the Quizizz application as an interactive learning medium on student learning outcomes. The method used is a quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class that used the Quizizz learning media and the control class that used the lecture method. Data were collected through pretest and posttest tests, then analyzed using paired sample t-test, N-Gain test, and independent sample t-test. The results showed that the use of the Quizizz application had a significant effect on improving student learning outcomes with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). The improvement in learning outcomes in the experimental class was also higher than the control class, with the effectiveness category being at the effective and quite effective levels. Thus, the use of Quizizz-based learning media has proven effective and contributes to improving the quality of Quranic and Hadith learning in madrasas.

This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using interviews, observations, and documentation conducted at SMP Mahardika Batujajar. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with validation through source triangulation. The findings revealed that PAI teachers applied various innovations such as the use of digital media, project-based learning, and reflective activities that encouraged active student participation. These innovations were proven to enhance students’ learning motivation, collaboration skills, and contextual understanding of Islamic values. This study concludes that the successful implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum largely depends on teachers’ ability to innovate and adapt learning strategies to students’ characteristics.

analyze the forms of Bullying behavior at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Sukarasa in
Pasirjambu District, identify the underlying causes, and evaluate the prevention
strategies applied by the school, teachers, students, and parents. This research
employed a qualitative descriptive approach using a case study method. Data were
collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The
informants included the school principal, teachers, students, and parents. The
findings reveal that Bullying at MI Sukarasa includes physical Bullying (such as
pushing and pinching), verbal Bullying (insults and name-calling), and social or
mental Bullying (exclusion and non-verbal intimidation). The contributing factors
to Bullying behavior include lack of parental attention, permissive social
environments, weak school supervision, and peer influence. Prevention strategies
implemented at MI Sukarasa consist of character education based on religious
values, active involvement of parents, classroom management reinforcement by
teachers, and both individual and group counseling approaches. The study
concludes that Bullying prevention must be conducted collaboratively by involving
all elements of the school and family while considering religious and local cultural
values. A systematic and contextual prevention approach is more effective in
creating a safe and supportive learning environment.

Korean popular culture encompassing K-Pop, dramas, lifestyle trends, and digital technology is considered to influence young people’s ways of thinking and behavior, particularly in relation to religious engagement. This study aims to determine the level of students’ exposure to the Korean Wave, describe their religious activity, and examine the effect of Korean Wave exposure on religious activities among students at SMA Al Bidayah Batujajar. This research employed a quantitative approach with an associative-causal method. The sample consisted of 137 students selected through stratified proportional sampling based on their level of exposure to the Korean Wave. The research instrument was a validated and reliable questionnaire, while data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Spearman Rank correlation test. The results revealed that students’ exposure to the Korean Wave was at a moderate level (58.99%), while their religious activities were at a high level (77%). The Spearman correlation test indicated a significant negative relationship between Korean Wave exposure and students’ religious activities, with a correlation coefficient of -0.087 and a significance value of 0.01 (<0.05). This means that higher exposure to the Korean Wave is associated with lower involvement in religious activities, although the influence remains weak. Thus, it can be concluded that the Korean Wave has a significant but low effect on students’ religious activities at SMA Al Bidayah Batujajar.

The background of this research arises from the phenomenon of decreasing student politeness, influenced by technological advancement, shifting parenting styles, and the declining role of social exemplars. Teachers, as the central figures in character formation, face various obstacles, both from students' internal factors, family environments, and the limited implementation of character education at school. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation with teachers and fifth-grade students at SDN Saapan. The results reveal that the main challenges include: (1) students’ low awareness of politeness values, (2) lack of parental support and supervision, (3) negative influence of social media and peer environment, and (4) limited time and facilities for continuous character education. Nevertheless, teachers strive to overcome these challenges through exemplary behavior, personal approaches, and collaboration with parents. This study concludes that building students’ politeness requires synergy between teachers, families, and the social environment to internalize moral values effectively.

Classification of the yellow book program is an important strategy so that the yellow book learning process runs effectively and according to the abilities of the students, especially at the Tsanawiyah level. The aim of this study is to find out how the program classification system for books is applied to the ability of Tsanawi students in reading yellow books, and to identify factors that support and hinder its implementation. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and documentation of the book learning activities. The expected outcome of this study is the revelation that the book program classification based on the students' ability level can help them understand the yellow book gradually and systematically. Furthermore, this program has demonstrated its effectiveness in improving the reading and study skills of yellow books among Tsanawi students. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of a yellow book learning system within Islamic religious education within Islamic boarding schools.

The research is motivated by the importance of Tahfidz learning as spiritual education to build discipline and moral character among students. This study employs a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation with Tahfidz teachers and students. The findings indicate that the implementation of the One Day Five Verses method positively affects students’ memorization progress and their consistency in maintaining the memorized verses. Supporting factors include intrinsic motivation, parental support, teachers’ guidance, and a conducive learning environment. However, challenges such as individual differences in memorization ability and limited study time due to academic workload were also identified. The study concludes that consistency in applying this method significantly enhances Qur’anic memorization and contributes to students’ character development.

The urgency of this research lies in the need for digital media innovation that can create an engaging and effective learning atmosphere to improve learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using Educaplay on the learning outcomes of eighth-grade students at MTs Nurul Falah. This research employed a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects consisted of two classes: the experimental class, which used Educaplay, and the control class, which used conventional learning methods. Data were collected through pretest and posttest assessments, then analyzed using normality and homogeneity tests, paired t-test, simple linear regression, and N-Gain calculation. The results showed that the use of Educaplay had a significant effect on improving students’ learning outcomes, with a significance value of 0.000 and an average N-Gain score of 0.5733 (medium–high category) in the experimental class, compared to 0.1150 (low category) in the control class. In conclusion, Educaplay is effective for Fiqh learning and contributes to the development of innovative digital learning strategies in madrasahs to enhance the quality of teaching and learning outcomes.

This study was motivated by the need to understand students’ perceptions of the effectiveness of the sorogan method amid the growing digitalization of education. The research aims to explore how students interpret the sorogan method in learning Sullamut Taufiq, identify factors influencing their perceptions, and reveal the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. Using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving the caregivers, teachers (ustadz), and students at Pondok Pesantren Al-Musyarokat. The findings indicate that students have a positive perception of the sorogan method due to its personal, corrective, and in-depth approach, although challenges such as long waiting times and limited Arabic proficiency remain. Internal factors such as learning motivation and mastery of linguistic tools influence student perceptions, while external factors include teacher attitudes, implementation systems, and the pesantren learning environment. This study concludes that the sorogan method remains relevant and effective as both a learning medium and a means of character formation, provided it is supported by effective time management and adaptive pedagogical practices.

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum on students’ literacy skills at MTs Assyaf’iyyah Gununghalu. A quantitative approach with an explanatory research design was employed. The sample consisted of 30 students from grades VII to IX, selected through saturated sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using simple linear regression with IBM SPSS 22.0. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum is in the high category and has a significant positive effect on students’ literacy skills, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.972. This means that 97.2% of the variation in literacy ability is explained by the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. These results demonstrate that the curriculum effectively enhances students’ reading comprehension, critical thinking, and reflective learning abilities. In conclusion, the Merdeka Curriculum strengthens the culture of literacy in Islamic schools and contributes to developing a more adaptive, relevant, and student-centered learning model that promotes independent learning.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Game-Based Learning method using Wordwall on the mathematics learning outcomes of third-grade students at SDS Sumur Bandung. The research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design involving two groups: an experimental class and a control. Data were collected through pretest and posttest instruments and analyzed using normality and Independent Sample T-Test with the help of SPSS. The results showed a significant improvement in the experimental class, where the average pretest score increased from 53.81 to 84.53, while the control class rose from 60.00 to 77.14. The significance value of 0.012, 0.05 indicates a significant difference between the two classes. The study concludes that the Game-Based learning method using Wordwall is effective in improving students` mathematics learning outcomes. This approach contributes positively to instructional innovation by creating an interactive, enjoyable, and enganging learning atmosphere that encourages active students participation.

In the educational context, the teacher's role is crucial; bullying management strategies must align with comprehensive prevention and intervention theories, covering curative and preventive aspects structurally.This research aims to describe and analyze the strategies implemented by teachers in addressing and preventing bullying behavior among students at SD Negeri Saapan. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, gathering data through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The subjects of the research involve class teachers and the principal of SD Negeri Saapan. The main findings indicate that the strategies applied by teachers are predominantly reactive, involving immediate direct reprimands and educative punishment after a case occurs. Although this strategy is supported by school policy (coordination meetings) and visual aids (posters), its effectiveness is limited due to the unavailability of active and accessible counseling services and the absence of comprehensive anti-bullying program socialization for the school community. Negative psychological impacts on victims, such as becoming sullen and unmotivated to attend school, are still observed. In conclusion, the teachers’ direct response strategies are effective in handling immediate cases, but comprehensive prevention strategies need further improvement. These findings provide practical implications for the school to integrate reactive strategies with structured preventive efforts, primarily through the provision of easily accessible professional counseling services to support victim recovery and perpetrator guidance.

However, many children still experience delays in this area due to a lack of engaging and meaningful learning stimulation. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using plasticine media on the fine motor development of early childhood students at RA Al Jazila Ciburuy, West Bandung Regency. The research employed a quantitative ex post facto approach involving 25 children aged 4–5 years from group A as research subjects. Data were collected through structured observation, teacher questionnaires, and documentation, then analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that the use of plasticine media had a significant effect on fine motor development, with a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05 and a contribution of 51.2%. The activities of molding and shaping plasticine effectively trained children’s finger strength, hand–eye coordination, and persistence in learning. This research contributes empirical evidence that simple, manipulative-based media can be effectively used to stimulate fine motor development in early childhood education through enjoyable and contextual learning experiences.

Therefore, the Reggio Emilia Approach (REA), which emphasizes exploration, social interaction, and the use of creative media, is considered highly relevant for implementation. This research aims to describe the implementation of the REA in developing early childhood creativity through the use of recycled materials, as well as to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. The study employed a qualitative method with a case study design. The findings indicate that applying REA through recycled materials effectively enhances children’s imagination, curiosity, and ability to create original works. Supporting factors include teacher creativity, parental involvement, and a conducive learning environment. Challenges include limited resources, time constraints, and teachers’ competencies in managing project-based activities. This research concludes that integrating REA with recycled materials is effective in stimulating early childhood creativity and has implications for developing creative learning strategies in early childhood education. Further studies are recommended to examine the impact of REA on other developmental domains, such as socio-emotional skills and literacy.

The research was motivated by the importance of applying learning methods that are appropriate to the developmental characteristics of young children in the process of Qur’anic memorization, to make learning more effective, enjoyable, and meaningful. The study employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental design (one-group pretest-posttest design). The research subjects consisted of 18 children from the Bulan class. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and memorization tests (pretest and posttest). Data analysis was carried out using the Paired Sample T-Test assisted by SPSS software. The results revealed that the implementation of the talaqqi method had a significant effect on improving children’s ability to memorize the 30th Juz of the Qur’an. Therefore, the talaqqi method is proven to be an effective and pedagogically appropriate approach to enhance Qur’anic memorization skills in early childhood education.

The research employed a quantitative approach with a Quasi-Experimental Design using the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The participants consisted of two classes: class III A as the experimental group taught using the STAD model, and class III B as the control group taught conventionally. Data were collected through learning achievement tests (pre-test and post-test) and documentation, then analyzed using normality tests, t-tests, and N-Gain calculations. The results showed a significant difference between the experimental and control groups, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The average N-Gain score of 0.56 indicated a moderate category, suggesting an improvement in students’ mathematics learning outcomes after the implementation of the STAD model. Therefore, the STAD cooperative learning model is proven effective in enhancing mathematics learning outcomes for elementary school students.

Bustanul Atfal students in recognizing the alphabet, both visually (shape) and phonetically (sound) is a very serious concern. One of the factors is caused by the use of learning methods that are still conventional, so that many students tend to feel bored quickly and lack focus in learning. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the Jolly Phonics method in introducing the alphabet to group A students of RA. Bustanul Atfal Situwangi. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method through observation data collection techniques, semi-formal interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Jolly phonics method is able to optimize students' abilities in recognizing the alphabet through multisensory activities involving songs, movements and media. In this study, it is concluded that the application of the Jolly Phonics method is effective in early childhood education environments and can contribute to developing basic language and literacy in children.

This condition generally occurs during early childhood; therefore, preventive efforts need to be carried out as early as possible through the involvement of various parties, including early childhood education institutions (PAUD). This study aims to determine the role of PAUD teachers in preventing stunting among early childhood students at PAUD Kober Assalafiah. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that PAUD teachers act as educators, facilitators, observers, and motivators in providing education about balanced nutrition, proper parenting, and clean and healthy living habits to both children and parents. Teachers also actively monitor children’s growth and development and establish collaboration with parents and health workers. In conclusion, PAUD teachers have an essential role in shaping healthy behaviors and increasing parents’ awareness of the importance of children’s nutrition. The implications of this study highlight the need for continuous training and cross-sector collaboration to ensure that the role of PAUD teachers in stunting prevention can be carried out more effectively and sustainably.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of Wordwall interactive learning media on the learning outcomes of Mathematics students in grade V of SD IT Al-Istiqomah. The research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi experiment method and a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research subjects consisted of two classes, namely the VA class as an experimental group that used Wordwall and the VB class as a control group that learned using conventional methods. Data were collected through a multiple-choice test on fractional material, then analyzed using t-tests, N-Gain, and effect size. The results showed that the average posttest score of the experimental class was 75.87 and the control class was 62.71, with a significance value of 0.005 (<0.05), so there was a significant difference between the two groups. An N-Gain value of 0.59 and an effect size of 0.867 indicate a medium category and a large effect. Thus, the use of Wordwall media has been proven to have a positive and effective effect in improving the learning outcomes of Mathematics students in elementary school, and can be an alternative to innovative digital learning media in the modern era.

This issue is caused by teachers’ limited ability to integrate the values of religious moderation into Fiqh learning. This study aims to analyze the implementation of religious moderation values in Fiqh learning for Grade V students at MIS Amanah Ma’mun Cililin, covering the aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. The participants consist of one head of the madrasah, one Fiqh teacher, and ten students. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and triangulated conclusion drawing techniques. The results of the study indicate that at the planning stage, the values of religious moderation are not yet explicitly stated in the Teaching Module; at the implementation stage, the teacher has instilled values of tolerance and anti-violence through exemplary behavior and reflective discussions; while at the evaluation stage, assessment still focuses on the cognitive aspect and has not systematically addressed the affective domain.This study concludes that Fiqh learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah can serve as an effective medium to build students’ moderate character if the values of tolerance and respect for differences are fully integrated throughout the learning process

This study aims to explore the impact of anomalous visual content on the character development of children in Class B at PAUDQU Al-Mansyur Abdurahman. A qualitative approach with a case study method was used, incorporating observation, interviews, documentation, and content analysis. The findings reveal that children who frequently view anomalous visual content—such as Tung Tung Sahur, Ballerina Cappucina, and Cappucino Assassino—show notable changes in aspects of honesty, independence, discipline, empathy, respect, and responsibility. These contents feature hyperactive and illogical visuals, lacking moral messages appropriate to children’s developmental stages. Theoretical analysis based on Jean Piaget, Bandura, Chomsky, Vygotsky, and brainrot theory suggests that such exposure can interfere with the internalization of moral values, leading to impulsive and less empathetic behavior. The study concludes that the active involvement of parents, teachers, and policymakers is crucial to guide children's engagement with digital media. Media literacy and value-based character education must be instilled early to help children grow with strong and healthy character traits.

The research was motivated by the declining interest and ability of the younger generation in reading and writing Sundanese script, which risks the loss of this cultural heritage. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected via participatory observation, interviews, and documentation involving teachers and students at Alam Qurani Elementary School. The results show that Sundanese script learning at the school combines lecture methods, Q&A sessions, writing practice, and cultural value integration through Sundanese folktales. The main obstacles were limited learning media and students' difficulty distinguishing certain letter forms. Teachers addressed these by creating simple worksheets, providing repeated exercises, and giving concrete examples. These findings align with Vygotsky's constructivism theory and ethnopedagogy principles, emphasizing context-based learning. The study's implications include strengthening the teacher's role as a cultural facilitator and developing learning media based on local resources.
